Description and Uses:
Emotionally, Cedarwood is a very grounding essential oil, especially useful for those times when you're feeling scattered or under a lot of stress. Diffuse it when you're having trouble concentrating, or have become exhausted from accumulated stresses.
Cautions: Dilute before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended before use. Contact with the eyes should be avoided and not recommended during pregnancy.
