Description and Uses:
Rosemary Essential Oil is an energizing oil with a strong herbaceous aroma. It helps to relieve muscle aches and combats mental fatigue. Rosemary is best used during the daytime as its energizing effect may keep you awake at night. This Spanish Rosemary oil is particularly suited to muscular aches and pains due to its higher camphor content.
Rosemary is helpful for before and after sports, rubs to maintain suppleness, and is said to help combat water retention and cellulite along with fatigue and clears a stuffy atmosphere; it even acts as a good hair tonic! This essential oil is an ideal 'pick me up.'
Traditional use: antiseptic, muscle relaxant, soothing agent, skin conditioner.
Cautions: Do not use Rosemary essential oil when pregnant. Rosemary essential oil may irritate the skin, so dilute well before using topically.
